We begin by understanding how you are, and how you want to be. We explore sleep, nutrition, stress, movement, emotional wellbeing, and any health data you already have. This establishes context, priorities, and what success means for you.

We use biofeedback tools to understand how your body responds to daily choices - HRV tracking, sleep data, subjective metrics you track yourself, and other biofeedback methods when appropriate. You observe your patterns; I help you understand how they relate to your goals and habits.
3. Co-Create Your Approach
Together, we develop strategies to support metabolic health, nervous system resilience, and emotional wellbeing. Based on your biofeedback patterns and priorities, we co-create sustainable changes in nutrition, movement, stress management, and recovery that fit your life. You lead, I provide education and support.
