What Is the Comprehensive Intake + Foundations Session?
This extended initial session creates clarity and direction for your coaching work.
We explore your goals, current lifestyle patterns, stressors, and lived experience, and identify the constraints and habits that may have made change difficult to sustain in the past.
Where relevant, we discuss any biofeedback data you choose to work with (e.g. sleep, HRV trends, glucose observations), always within an educational coaching context.
This session sets direction, priorities, and practical starting points - so our work together is focused, relevant, and grounded from the outset.
The Science Behind The Structure
Why 4 weeks for intensive work?
Weekly sessions create momentum and accountability for rapid behavior change. This compressed timeline works well for addressing specific challenges and building foundational practices.
Why 12 weeks for transformation?
The timeline reflects how adaptation typically unfolds:
Habit Formation: often 8-10 weeks for new behaviors to become automatic
Nervous System Adaptation: commonly 6-12 weeks for observable shifts in HRV trends and stress resilience
Metabolic Adaptation: approximately 4-12 weeks for dietary and lifestyle changes to meaningfully influence energy and stability
