With a Master's in East-West Psychology and experience spanning counseling, research, creative industries, and organisational wellbeing, I understand what it takes to create deep, lasting change - not through quick fixes, but through sustainable behaviour change and self-awareness.

I created Wellbeing + Co from the belief that sustainable wellbeing emerges when we treat the body as a dynamic, interconnected system, rather than a list of isolated symptoms.

My Philosophy

The body is a complex, adaptive system.

Where metabolism, gut, brain, and nervous system operate in constant dialogue. Regulate your core networks - metabolic pathways, autonomic nervous system, gut-brain axis - and you create the conditions for sustained transformation.

Every signal from your body is information. Fatigue, crashes, brain fog - these aren't failures. They’re messages about how your system is responding to your current inputs.

We push through fatigue, ignore hunger cues, dismiss stress. We become experts at disconnection, and then struggle to understand why we feel dysregulated.

My Approach

My practice helps you rebuild connection to your body's signals. I blend modern biofeedback tools (HRV tracking and other tools as appropriate) with evidence-based coaching techniques including breathwork, somatic awareness practices, and behavior change strategies rooted in neuroscience and psychology.

We go beyond knowing what to do - we focus on how to actually implement change in real life.
