My Philosophy

The body is a complex, adaptive system - where metabolism, gut, brain, and nervous system operate in constant dialogue. Regulate your core networks - metabolic pathways, autonomic nervous system, gut-brain axis - and you create the conditions for sustained transformation.

Every symptom is information. Fatigue, crashes, brain fog - these aren't failures. They're signals that something in the system is misaligned.

Modern life trains us to override these signals. We push through fatigue, ignore hunger cues, dismiss stress. We become experts at disconnection, and then struggle to understand why we feel dysregulated.

You're not broken. You're adapted to inputs you're no longer receiving and struggling with inputs you were never designed for.

The goal isn't constant calm - it's adaptive resilience. A healthy nervous system activates when needed, performs under pressure, then returns to rest. It's flexible, not fragile.

My Approach

My practice helps you rebuild connection to your body's signals. I blend modern biofeedback tools (continuous glucose monitors, HRV tracking) with evidence-based coaching techniques including breathwork, somatic awareness practices, and behavior change strategies rooted in neuroscience and psychology.

We go beyond knowing what to do - we work on actually doing it.

My role isn't to prescribe rigid protocols.

It's to help you connect the dots: between your symptoms and their root causes, between what you know intellectually and what you feel somatically, between the life you're living and the one you want to inhabit.
